The work

Each piece in Gold and Dangerous is a handmade original, 1 of 1, 4x6 inches, finished in gold leaf. Because the work is handmade, small variations in color and leaf are part of the piece, and photos on screen may differ slightly from the piece in hand.

Price and availability

Prices are in US dollars. Pieces are currently $125 each, before shipping and tax. Because every piece is one of one, availability is first come, first served. If two people try to buy the same piece at the same moment, only one order can be fulfilled and the other is refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds.

Shipping and returns

Orders ship to the United States within 5 business days. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as described on the Shipping and returns page, which is part of these terms.

Ownership and copyright

When you buy a piece you own the physical artwork. Malcolm Xavier keeps the copyright in the artwork, so buying a piece does not give the right to reproduce, print or sell images of it.

Commissions

Commissioned work is agreed in writing before it starts and is final sale once work begins.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
