Shipping
Pieces ship to addresses in the United States. Each order ships within 5 business days, with tracking emailed to you when it is on its way. Shipping and tax, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Every piece is packed to arrive in the condition it left the studio and ships with its certificate of authenticity. Delivery time depends on the carrier and where you are.
Want a piece shipped outside the United States? Ask first and we will see what is possible.
Returns
If a piece is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of delivery. Send it back in the condition you received it, with its certificate of authenticity, and you will be refunded to your original payment method once it arrives and is checked. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Because each piece is a one-of-one original, please handle it carefully and keep it in the packaging until you are sure.
Damaged in transit
If a piece arrives damaged, contact us right away with your name, the piece and clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will make it right, and return shipping is on us in this case.
Commissions
Commissioned and custom work is made for you and is final sale once work begins. Details are agreed in writing before any commission starts.
