This is Malcolm Xavier's site at malcolmxavier7.com. Here is what it collects and why.
What we collect
- Orders. When you buy, Stripe collects your payment details, name, email, phone number and shipping address. We receive your name, email, phone, shipping address and what you bought, so we can ship your piece and contact you about it. We never see or store your card number.
- Messages. If you use the Contact form, we receive your name, email and message.
- Newsletter. If you sign up for the next issue, we keep your email address.
- Your cart. The pieces in your cart are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you come back. This stays on your device.
What we do not do
There are no accounts, no advertising trackers and no selling of your information. We do not use cookies to follow you around the web.
Who else handles data
- Stripe processes payments and handles checkout under its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider (Vercel) serves the site and keeps standard server logs.
- Embedded media. If a Spotify playlist or video is shown, that provider may set its own cookies when you play it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or be removed from the newsletter, any time through the Contact page. We keep order records as long as needed for shipping, returns, taxes and bookkeeping.
